This drama story revolves around the thrill and romantic love twists of Shiv and Shakti. Shakti Sharma is an innocent and kind young woman who wants to be a doctor. But she has to shift and stay with her uncle after the death of her parents. There she lives with her uncle, aunt, and a cousin Nandu, Keertan, and Koyal in Varanasi. At the same time, Shiv Kashyap is a doctor by profession but has a painful past. He is still unable to heal himself.

This drama is a spin-off sequel of Pyaar ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan, and we are going to get familiar with the story of Radha Mohan before the start of this drama.
