Pratiskha is the eldest daughter of her family and moves to Chandigarh with her two younger sisters after the death of their parents. There, they live with their aunt and uncle. Her aunt Hansa is a clever lady, who fixes her marriage with Malhar secretly. On the other hand, Ravi Randhawa is a happy young man who is engaged to Kreeti and soon they are about to get married. But here, the story gets twisted when both these weddings are arranged in the same venue on the same day. Thakur, a villain character in the story, sends his goons to kill Kreeti, as she is an active social worker. On the day of the wedding, these goons spoil the function, and Malhar accidentally murders Kreeti. But, all these are so sudden that Pratiksa is found accused of her murder and gets arrested.
