Rabb Se Hai Dua starts with the marital life of Dua and Haider Akhtar. At the same time, Ghazal Rahmani is a childhood friend of Haider. Her father Saqib dies and now orphan Ghazal is homeless after the collapse of her house in an earthquake. Dua and Haider offer Ghazal to stay in their house. Dua and Ghazal become good friends. Twenty-two years ago, Saqib saved Haider and his mother asked Saqib if she would definitely help him when he needed it. Saqib wants to fix Ghazal’s marriage with Haider, but Hina refuses as Haider is already engaged to Dua. This truth is still hidden from Dua, Haider, and Ghazal.

In present time, Ghazal starts to feel love for Haider but hides her feelings as Dua. She pretends to be in a relationship with Ruhaan, half-brother of Haider. On their wedding day, Ruhaan escapes the marriage, and ultimately Haider has to marry Ghazal.
