Jhanak

Jhanak is a new and romantic Hindi TV serial on Star Plus and Hotstar with a leading cast of Hiba Nawab and Krushal Ahuja. This desi drama has been aired since Nov 2023 under the production of Magic Moments Motion Pictures. It is an official adaptation of Star Jalsha’s Jol Nupu with the direction of Saibal Banerjee and Sujit Pyne. Hiba and Krushal, Chandni Sharma, Saurabh Agarwal, Dolly Sohi, Bharat Kaul, and Shilpa Tulaskar are the star cast of this Hindi TV show.

The story starts with a young and ambitious girl Jhanak, who lives with her mother and wants to be a journalist. She works in a company and her boss likes her. For this, he proposes to Jhanak, but her mother refuses him as he is already a married person. Time goes on, and her mother dies of cancer. But Jhanak knows about her cancer which leads her to live in guilt and blame. Her boss again sends a proposal but she rejects him again. In revenge, he fires her out of the office.

Jhanak leaves her house and moves to her aunt. She is a kind lady who loves her as a daughter. On her 21^st birthday, Ishika brings Jhanak to Arshi’s birthday party, where she meets with many people and forgets her sorrows for a while. There, she also meets her college friend Anirudh who has loved her since her college days but never tried to confess.
